Long ago, once upon a time, there was a hard-hearted man who made his living by inflicting grief upon others and his environment: he robbed and killed for a living. His name was “sashoka” – “with grief” or “full of grief.”

I have had Bells Palsy for almost two years. Have done everything from traditional medicine (prednisone and antibiotic) acupuncture, electrical stimulation, hot oils, facial exercises, hyperbaric oxygen…
The right side of my face is still paralyzed around the lips. I cannot smile properly and when I talk, only the left part of my lips move.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you,
Judy
