I found this article about Ayurveda very important. It proved to be very helpful to me. Great share, i appreciate it.
Great post Mr. Vaidya Mishra. It has proven to be a great article and get updated about Ayurveda. I really want to know what all vegetables and fruits are rich in iron? And how to consume it in order to prevent iron deficiency.
Can SVA Amla Loha or SVA Guduchi Loha be taken during pregnancy when iron levels fall belwo normal in place of over the counter slowfe? If it can be, what would be an equivalent amount for one slowfe capsule?
Guduchi is detoxifying and it is generally not recommended to use detoxifying products during pregnancy. As for Amla, please consult with your Dr.
