Best way to incorporate the golden spice into your life? Cook with it! Make a delicious balanced spice recipe. Mix:
- 1 part Turmeric powder
- 1 part cumin seeds
- 6 parts coriander seeds
- 6 parts fennel seeds
Measure all the seed spices and mix together then grind into a powder. Add in the turmeric.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of the mixture to your cooking meals.
If you can’t cook your meals with turmeric or the spice mix, you can have turmeric with just milk.
Mix 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 stick of cinnamon, and 1 glass of milk. Bring to a boil. Cool down to room temperature. Have 20 minutes before bed.
