What’s in Your Carry-On?!

Ayurveda can be quite a game-changer and help revitalize you during long travels transitioning from one time zone to another. What are your favorite SVA “life-savers”? Carrying your self-care favorites in sample sizes is simply smart when you’re on the road! 

While traveling, Vata Dosha becomes easily imbalanced, and you may experience symptoms such as general dryness, anxiety, digestive issues – which can, in turn, lead to crazy cravings and eventually bowel issues such as constipation! Excess movement enhances the air and space qualities in our bodies. Any mobility/movement carries the properties of the air and space elements in the universe. Whenever we are on the move and we don’t balance vata dosha, we will accumulate and vitiate the air and space elements and those will result in: poor digestion, anxiety, overall dryness, etc. There are many things you can do to pacify Vata, or to avert becoming Vata imbalanced, specially when you are traveling. Here are some of our favorite SVA formulations that can help you stay cool and composed during the stress of travels!

ANTI-VIRAL Tribindu!

Stay healthy and keep germs at bay with one spray? In any place where millions of humans are transiting, like airports, we get exposed to multiple, unfamiliar germs and viruses.
