Dealing with EMF Toxicity
“I became aware of my EMF hypersensitivity after returning to the US from South Africa. Upon my return to the States in 2011, I took up the position that I had previously held in law enforcement. That meant I was carrying two cell phones on me, as well as having to be near high-tech equipment for sometimes 24 hours a day!
I started feeling the effects: buzzing in my head, ringing in my ears, nausea, feeling hyper, sleep disruptions and more. My body began to put on weight with high inflammation.
With these experiences, I traced back what was different in the U.S. from South Africa. The answer was clear: there was more advanced technology in the US.
I then began to ground myself to the earth and began my journey to understand how I could support my body, mind, and emotional health. This led me to Ayurvedic support and it has been a God-sent. The first Ayurvedic Doctor I found who addressed this issue was Vaidya Mishra. Dr. Raskin has been trained under Vaidya and is very keen at identifying the proper Ayurvedic protocol for me.
I started with Dr. Raskin in November of 2023 and now it is June 2024. I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel mentally, spiritually and physically.
I was hypersensitive to EMF’s: RF’s and dirty electricity and all of that. She has put me on a protocol that has been very easy and gentle, which my system requires.
Another thing is that Dr. Raskin listens to you. She adapts her protocol based on the information you give and all of the knowledge that she has with Ayurveda.
We have made great leaps and bounds together.
I used to be able to only go out of the house without WiFi about once a week. I have been able to go out several times a week now for short times.
I have better sleep, my digestion has improved.
There are a number of issues with my health history that she has adapted the protocol to assist and improve which was a plus for me, not only for the hypersensitive issues but the other areas on my life that I needed to improve and have better health.
I think the package that Dr Raskin offers is beneficial and you’d get a lot more out of it than if you were to go to, say, an allopathic doctor which might….I am not against that…but that has not been beneficial to my life. I have to do things with Nature, plants, those things that we were given to nourish our bodies and support our bodies and then at times heal our bodies. SO those are the tools that Dr. Raskin uses and it works for me! I am so grateful to have found her.”
Mary-Jo P.
We asked Dr Raskin what SVA EMF protocols were used to help her client? She responded.
Dr Raskin: before one can begin healing from an EMF injury, the source of the EMFs that caused the injury must be removed. That is a whole other topic that I can address at length separately. But it is a most critical point.
When helping someone heal from an EMF issue, I like to start by examining lab tests that can indicate EMF issues or EMF sensitivity. With this specific patient, we also looked at her genetics to see if there were any indications of impaired detox, etc. We discovered that it was important for her to use Guduchi with Glutathione.
She had other health issues that we decided to work on as well: we addressed her gut, her liver and her bone marrow. Slowly. Gently as we all do with SV Ayurveda. And we supported her adrenals, thyroid and histamine response specifically – this is often important with EMF injury – all with Vaidya’s wonderful Herbal Memory Drops. The drops are adapted to each individual’s unique needs.
Transdermal Support was also very important. I believe EMF exposure can severely deplete our magnesium stores. And of course DGL and wonderful Prana Flow that supports the evacuation of used-up corrupt prana from the system. And Vata with Vitamin D and Magnesium Massage Oil, because EMFs cause extremely deranged Vata on so many levels…
And Vaidya Mishra’s blessed Samadhi Set which helped the client tremendously.
We had to go very slowly, sometimes adding things one-at-a-time as she was EXTREMELY sensitive at first to any change, to anything new that was introduced. But we made it to a place where she felt much better and stable.
She also loves the nadi cleansing oils: Ida and Pingala, Karna and Maha Marma.
Next I will instruct her in practicing home marma massage, this will give her a further leap.
In the big picture, I feel that it is ALL important. Yes, if you swipe the spine with Prana Flow and use the nadi clearing oils, you will definitely get some relief, but to address REAL INJURY from EMFs you need a whole protocol. And we have that! Vaidya Mishra gave us the full protocol. And I am so very grateful, so are the patients. Let’s put the word out there…
WHAT IS PRANA?
WHY IS IT
THE BEST MAHARASAYANA?
“When asked, many people say they know what the word prana is — that it is the life energy which keeps us alive.
One thing I love about Ayurveda is that it always goes way beyond the superficial meanings, and instead gives us an in-depth understanding of these very deep principles.
While yes, we can say that prana is indeed the life energy that keeps us alive, we can take it one step further and state that it also keeps our cells intelligent — to know what hormone or neurotransmitter to release and when to release it — giving our cells the intelligence to communicate with each other. Like sending hundreds of text messages to all parts of the body so the whole body is aware of what each cell needs at each moment in time.
Did you ever think how these processes occur in the first place? Where does this intelligence come from which oversees all these processes and multiple layers of communication?
These processes are controlled by prana — it’s just that you can’t see it because it is vibrational. So where does prana come from?
From the deepest silence, known as the Aditattwa, it begins to manifest into the Tritattwa — known as Soma, Agni and Marut. Soma is the cooling lunar energy, the water and earth elements. Agni is the hot solar energy, the fire element, and Marut is the space and air element. The space element is what gives our cells the intelligence to perform all their functions and the air element moves the Soma and Agni throughout the body since they can’t move on their own.

What about Electric Vehicles?
I am often asked about EMFs in cars. Most people I talk to seem to think that the EMFs coming from electric cars are far more dangerous than those coming from gas powered cars. That is not true. The fact is they both can have a negative impact on our bodies and our health though for different reasons. There are 4 different types of man-made EMFs that can harm us:
1) high frequency (RF) radiation from cellphones, wi-fi, bluetooth, etc.
2) magnetic fields from AC current,
3) electric fields from AC voltage and
4) dirty electricity which is higher frequencies riding on AC power lines.
In newer cars, the RF radiation is equally bad in electric cars, hybrids and gas powered cars because of all the newer wireless devices being used. The solution there is to buy older cars that were made before the wireless revolution happened.
Magnetic fields are far worse in gas powered cars particularly in the front driver and passenger compartments by the feet area. There are almost none in electric cars and only in hybrids when they are being powered by their gas engine instead of their batteries. They are also very difficult and costly to shield from.
AC electric fields cause the least issues in any type of car because with a mixture of Direct Current (DC) and Alternating Current (AC) in the wires, cars have very different electrical systems than in our homes, where we only have 120 Volt (and 240 Volt) AC. AC electric fields are generally not a problem for EHS people in cars.
However, AC electric fields in electric and hybrid cars at higher frequencies, which is in fact dirty electricity, do bother people.
Summary
If you are highly sensitive to EMFs (EHS), it is best to avoid electric or hybrid cars altogether because of higher levels of dirty electricity and look for an older model gas powered car with the lowest magnetic fields (near the gas petal) and built before Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were added. If you are not EHS, it is probably more worth your time to focus on reducing EMFs in your home, particularly in the bedroom(s) so your sleep helps your body to build maximum protection against all types of toxins.
EMFs in cars is a much more complex topic then I am able to cover here. If you have more questions or want to go into more detail contact me via my website:
Can’t Sleep? Feeling Excessively Anxious? Can’t Focus? Depressed and Lethargic? Forgetful? Muscle Cramps? Chronic Back Pain? Craving too much Chocolate? Magnesium, transdermally, Might Just Be All you Need!
Did you know that…
MAGNESIUM helps with calcium levels in your body, regulates your stress hormones and adrenal glands, and plays a major role in our daily lives? Low levels of calcium are the root cause behind a wide range of clinical chronic conditions. While oral magnesium supplementation can have its down sides and side-effects, transdermal absorption of magnesium is safe and highly effective over long term.
Conditions Caused by Magnesium deficiency
Low levels of magnesium can result in many conditions, namely:
— cramping of the muscles, leading to
—heartbeat arrhythmia
— painful menstrual cycles
— calf muscle pain (“Charlie horses”)
— twitching of the eyelids
But not just that. here is a list of chronic conditions associated with low or depleted levels of magnesium:
Adrenal fatigue – adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol deplete magnesium. Stress is a big factor for adrenal fatigue. Stress causes excess elimination of magnesium through urine
Alzheimer’s – Magnesium guards the external layer of the cells, not allowing heavy metals to enter
Angina – The pain of angina is caused by severe muscle spasm in heart muscles, is caused by magnesium deficiency. The heart ventricles have the highest levels of magnesium in the whole body, which is why magnesium is so important for the pumping function of the heart.
Anxiety and Panic Attacks – When the adrenals are no longer protected by sufficient magnesium, the flight-or-flight hormones adrenaline and noradrenalin become more easily triggered. When they surge erratically, they cause a rapid pulse, high blood pressure and heart palpitations.
Asthma – Histamine production and bronchial spasms (in the smooth muscles of the bronchial tract) both increase as a result of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is a great broncho-dilator.
Atherosclerosis with calcium deposits. Magnesium is necessary to help dissolve calcium and keep it soluble in the bloodstream.
Depression – Serotonin, which elevates mood, is dependent on magnesium.
Detoxification – Magnesium is crucial for removal of toxins and heavy metals from the body. Magnesium is a co-factor in the production of glutathione and the function of the P450 detoxification systems in the liver.
Diabetes – Magnesium enhances insulin secretion and allows insulin to transfer glucose into the cells. Otherwise, glucose and insulin build up in the blood causing various types of tissue damage.
Headaches – Prevents muscle tension in neck and head muscles when applied locally. Also prevents spasms of the muscles in the walls of the arteries which triggers headaches.
High Blood Pressure – With low magnesium and too much calcium, the muscles in blood vessels can go into spasm and cause high blood pressure.
Hardening of the arteries – as acid toxins build up (ama visha and gar visha), they create inflammation in the wall of the arteries. If calcium is high and magnesium is low, the calcium can deposit in the arterial wall, creating hardening or plaque.
Inflammation – Calcium is extremely pro-inflammatory and magnesium is anti-inflammatory. Must keep a balance between calcium and magnesium. It is not recommended to take calcium supplements – they remain stuck in the channel, and if magnesium is low this can create inflammation and other problems like hardening of the arteries and heart attacks.
Osteoporosis – Calcium cannot build bones without magnesium. Calcium alone makes bones brittle (like chalk breaking as it hits the floor). Magnesium makes the bones flexible and resistant to shattering. Most people have too much calcium and not enough magnesium. Put a calcium supplement in a glass of water and it sits there. Add magnesium and it breaks down.
Magnesium is a co-factor for ATP production. ATP, created in mitochondria, is main source of energy in our cells. ATP must be bound to magnesium in order to be active. ATP is made in each of the 100 trillion cells in our body
For purposes of cellular detoxification and tissue purification, the most effective form of magnesium is magnesium chloride. Has a strong excretory effect on toxins stuck in the tissues of the body, drawing them out through the pores of the skin. Magnesium chloride, when applied transdermally increases DHEA. DHEA is the “mother of all hormones.” DHEA is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands and the ovaries. DHEA is converted in the body into several different steroid hormones – estrogen, testosterone and other hormones as needed
Magnesium is a required co-factor for over 800 enzyme systems in our bodies. 3,751 receptor sites for magnesium have been found on human proteins. Magnesium is a requirement for RNA and DNA production. Magnesium is a co-factor involved in transporting hormones like adrenaline into the cells because the hormones can’t pass through the cell membranes by themselves

Why choose Transdermal over Oral?
Most magnesium supplements are made from the wrong form of magnesium. Oral supplementation is not very effective because of low bowel tolerance (creates “striations” – areas of damage) on the bowel wall with prolonged use. Oral magnesium passes through the digestive tract too quickly creating low levels of absorption
Transdermal application bypasses the liver, providing less chance of an overdose or under-dose. Our skin is very porous, allowing many substances in or out of the body, it can thus take in the magnesium easily and eliminate many toxins back out through the skin itself, safely and effectively.
Why do we get low on magnesium?
There can be many causes for magnesium deficiency. Here are the most common:
1) Ingesting synthetic Vitamin C – this competes with magnesium and pulls it out of the system.
2) Poor diet: starving yourself and/or consuming unwholesome processed meals puts a great strain on your entire physiology, draining your body of its minerals and nutrients
3) Drinking processed purified water lacking in minerals from the earth – always favor natural spring water over tap or other types of purified recycled water
4) Prescription medications – bronchodilators, insulin, digitalis, antibiotics, corticosteroids, cocaine: if you find yourself having to depend on medication for your health condition, do not discontinue them, instead add a good protocol of transdermal magnesium to your daily regimen to support your levels of magnesium even as you take your medicines.
5) Stress: in addition to correcting your daily sleeping and eating routine, add yoga and meditation, or other relaxation techniques to your life.
6) Avoid ALL kinds of processed sugars – steer clear of processed sugary drinks and sodas! Get your sugars naturally from natural sources such as fruits, raw honey, etc.
7) Make sure the friendly bacteria in your gut are taken care of, because malabsorption of nutrients due to their absence – lack of friendly bacteria in the gut is the primary cause of malnutrition and malabsorption when you are maintaining a healthy daily diet yet experience imbalances.
8) Supplementing with Calcium for healthy bones, without having a proper balance of magnesium vs calcium.
9) Using alcohol, coffee, sodas, birth control pills, nicotine…
10) Supplementing with synthetic Vitamin D: this binds magnesium and pulls it out of the body when you need it most!
Clinical Application of SVA Transdermal Magnesium
Dr. Marianne Teitelbaum has the following to say about Vaidya’s Magnesium products: “I have been using Vaidya Mishra’s SVA Transdermal Magnesium products in my practice since he came up with them a couple of years ago. I have great feedback from patients with different kinds of chronic conditions. I have used it for:
1) Cataract Reversal: I ask the patient to apply the Transdermal Magnesium Roll-on to sub-occipital region. Cataracts are caused by loss of elasticity of the lens (due to lack of magnesium) and calcium deposition into the lens causing cloudiness of the lens
2) For headaches: I use the Magnesium Roll-on down the spine and on the forehead twice a day. Also use SVA ALA Cream in these same areas to decrease swelling and heat in the capillaries, opening up the channels to reduce the pressure
3) Blood Pressure – use the Magnesium Roll-on and/or Vata Oil with Magnesium and Vitamin D for abhyanga or daily self-massage.
4) Arrhythmia – use Magnesium Roll-on, Super Sport Cream and Arjuna Cream down the spine twice a day, or whenever the arrhythmias are occurring
5) Menstrual Cramps – apply Magnesium Roll-on to lower abdomen and lower spine twice a day along with the Prakrit cream down the lower spine to pull Apana down and pacify the situation. Consume natural healthy sweets 5 days before and 5 days after the menstruation to have a steady supply of estrogen and support the flow of the menses.

MAGNESIUM
~ THE SOURCE OF LIFE! ~
Dr Marianne Teitelbaum
The Chinese call magnesium “The Beautiful Mineral.” It is also known as the “Lamp of Life.” And it’s been called the absolute most important nutrient in the world.
In fact, Dr. Mark Sircus, one of the country’s leading authorities on the effects of magnesium on our health has even stated, “The bedrock of medical truth sits upon the metal magnesium for it is at the exact center of biological life like air and water is. All of life collapses around its loss, but with only the smallest amount of caring and intelligence we can replete what has been lost inside of a person’s cells.” He goes on to say that for the deepest healing of many health problems “there is going to be only one answer and that answer is magnesium, preferably in the chloride form.” And finally, “What we have found is that magnesium chloride, applied transdermally, is the ideal magnesium delivery system — with health benefits unequalled in the entire world of medicine.”
I read these words about 15 years ago when I was studying the health benefits of magnesium. At the same time, my teacher and mentor, Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra, award-winning Ayurvedic herbal formulator and dermatologist was researching the use of magnesium as well. After I finished my research I thought I had better call him because I knew he was intent on formulating transdermal magnesium products. I had just finished reading how magnesium chloride was the best form of magnesium to use and I remember thinking I had better let him know this since he was a Vaidya who had just come from a small village in India, and I thought he might not be well versed enough in the latest modern research.
I remember calling him and asking him how he was coming along with his transdermal magnesium products. He said he was very happy with the creams, roll-ons and abhyanga oils he was developing. I asked him what type of magnesium he was using in all the products. And even without all the research I had access to, I was shocked when he replied, “Magnesium Chloride. That’s the best.” From that point on I never questioned any of his formulas! And he knew intuitively that the transdermal use of magnesium was the best delivery system.
It turns out that the fats in the skin disperse it into the body and activate it along the way, allowing your magnesium deprived cells to bathe in its healing effects. Let’s see why every cell in your body is crying out for more magnesium and why we should learn to listen to these calls.
Let’s start with the fact that magnesium is bound to the center of the chlorophyll molecule. It’s because of magnesium that the plants can convert the sunlight into energy. Which means that all of life, including the food chain, is dependent on the sunlight-chlorophyll-magnesium chain. So we can consider it the source of life since all animals and humans eat plants for their food supply. All of life for billions of years has been dependent on the development of chlorophyll, a molecule that captures light energy from the sun and through a process called photosynthesis transforms it into small energy rich molecules easy for cells to use, which creates all the various life forms on Earth.
So magnesium is seen as the one nutrient which is needed by plants to form chlorophyll, which makes the plants green, but on a deeper level, without magnesium the plants would not be able to absorb nutrition from the sun because the process of photosynthesis would not go on.
This is why when magnesium is depleted things begin to die: in fact you can’t take a breath, move a muscle, think a thought, or make energy without enough magnesium in your cells. In fact, 800 other functions wouldn’t occur either, since magnesium is a catalyst for all these important reactions throughout the body.
Let’s take a deeper look at what magnesium does for us.
First, it plays a huge role in helping newly formed DNA to repair itself. Toxins can cause oxidative damage to the DNA causing dangerous mutations to form. Magnesium initiates many of the mechanisms that need to occur to help correct any mistakes as the DNA is forming, which will help serious diseases, such as cancer, from developing.
Glutathione is considered the body’s master antioxidant which prevents generation of free radicals. In fact glutathione is one of the few antioxidant molecules which can neutralize mercury. But magnesium is required to make glutathione, so, if magnesium goes low, and I can emphatically tell you from experience it is low in just about everyone of us, then glutathione levels become severely depleted, which is not good because glutathione defends the body against damage from cigarette smoking, radiation, cancer-causing chemicals, alcohol, and just about any other toxin you can think of.
The vast majority of the new patients complain of low energy. There are several reasons for this, and we always make sure to address all those reasons, but keep in mind that the body makes energy by producing ATP. ATP is made in the mitochondria — and it’s made in each of the 100 trillion cells of our body. ATP is the main source of energy in our cells and inside each cell are mitochondria making the energy for all of our cells’ functions. But ATP must be bound to magnesium in order for it to work. ATP is formed from our food through a series of chemical reactions called the Kreb’s cycle and 7 of the 10 enzymes in this cycle are dependent on magnesium.
And here’s the important thing: Magnesium sits on the outside of every cell in your body always keeping the calcium out. So if magnesium becomes too low calcium can take advantage and quickly infiltrate into the mitochondria, causing it to calcify. This would create lots of health problems since the heart muscles have a never ending need for energy since they are always contracting without a rest. And the mitochondria are highly concentrated in the brain and the central nervous system which is why calcification of the mitochondria is implicated in Parkinson’s, MS and other brain diseases.
And since the power plant of the cells is in the mitochondria where all the ATP is made, if the mitochondria become low in magnesium and the calcium gains access inside, this calcification of the mitochondria can mark the beginning of the aging process. In fact every function can slow down when the mitochondria calcify. This is why our biochemical age is determined by the ratio of calcium to magnesium both inside and outside of our cells.
The ancient doctors of India said there are two types of hormone problems: either not enough of the hormone is being made, or sufficient quantities of hormones are being made but they’re not getting transported to the areas where they exert their influence.
Magnesium has effects on both of these two aspects concerning the hormones: it is used to both make the hormones and it is also a co-factor involved in transporting hormones into the cells because the hormones can’t pass into the inside of the cell by themselves. So magnesium carries them across the cell wall and delivers them into the inside of the cells. We can make these hormones but if they just sit outside the cell they can’t carry out their intended functions.
In fact, magnesium also allows insulin to transfer glucose (sugar) into the cells. If magnesium goes low the glucose and insulin can build up and the blood sugar can go high.
Many of our patients get tremendous relief from their headaches because magnesium promotes relaxation in the head and neck muscles and prevents spasms in the walls of the arteries, taking away intense headache and migraine pain.
Magnesium is famous for lowering blood pressure. This is because it relaxes the muscles in the walls of the arteries, allowing the artery to open up causing the blood pressure to go down. When we’re stressed the magnesium flushes out of the body which can cause the arteries to contract down causing the blood pressure to go up. Once magnesium levels come back up the muscles in the walls of the arteries relax and the blood pressure goes down as the artery dilates open again.
Magnesium is also an amazing antidote for hardening of the arteries. Any calcium we take into out bodies should only go into our bones and teeth, and that’s it. But calcium always wants to take advantage whenever magnesium goes low, rushing into the inside of the cells, creating lots of problems. For example, if it makes its way into the inside of your arteries it will cause hardening of the arteries.
Normally, when the heart beats the arteries give a little, due to the elastic found in one of the layers of the arteries. It’s just like a rubber band. This dilation of the arteries keeps the blood pressure low when the heart beats. But over a lifetime if calcium has been allowed to infiltrate into the elastic layer it will make the arteries stiff and hard causing the blood pressure to go up when the heart beats.
The good news is I’ve been able to reverse hardening of the arteries in so many of our elderly patients. If you take the pulse of someone in their 20’s you can feel a lot of elasticity in the arteries, they are very pliable and soft. But as the patient ages, by the time they are in their 50’s or above, the arteries feel very hard due to the calcium which has infiltrated over the years.
Always remember this image: if you put a calcium tablet in a glass of water, it just sits there. But once you put some magnesium in it will break it down and disintegrate it. The same thing happens to the calcium lining our arteries: magnesium can displace the calcium once it enters into your body. So this means that if you are very diligent in using your transdermal magnesium products, the arteries will become soft and pliable again as the magnesium forces out the hard calcium, and the pulse will feel much younger, like when you were in your 20’s! And the blood pressure will go down again.
And think of this: nearly everyone develops cataracts as they age. What are cataracts? Well, they are the infiltration of calcium into the lens. Again! Calcium is trying to get into places we don’t want it. And once calcium enters the lens it becomes very difficult to see. So start out using magnesium to prevent or delay the onset of cataracts.
Now, as far as osteoporosis is concerned, many people automatically think of supplementing with calcium when they hear their bones are depleted. Calcium makes the bones hard and brittle, like a piece of chalk which breaks if you drop it. But magnesium keeps the bones pliable, kind of like a chicken bone — if you try to break it it bends due to the elasticity from the magnesium contained in it. So don’t forget to keep up with your magnesium therapies if you get a diagnosis of either osteopenia or osteoporosis.
And as far as Ayurveda is concerned, magnesium is known as a tridoshic therapy. This means that it is balancing to all 3 body types: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. It calms the nervousness of Vata, cools down the heat of pitta and gives energy to the laid-back kaphas who tend to get a little lazy.
And not only that, it has the unique property of being both nourishing and detoxifying at the same time. This is an unusual quality to have because some remedies are either detoxifying, which break down the body as they cleanse the tissues, while others build up the body due to their nurturing capabilities. But magnesium does both. These rare types of remedies which have both effects of nourishing and detoxifying are highly prized in Ayurveda.
We like to apply it directly on the skin where it brings new life into the cells. The fat cells in the skin take up the magnesium and absorb and activate it much better than if it is taken orally where it sometimes travels too quickly through the digestive tract, creating loose bowel movements or diarrhea.
We use magnesium chloride in all of our transdermal products: abhyanga oils which are used for daily oil massages, concentrated roll-ons and creams to be applied to the specific areas where the magnesium is needed most, such as the lower spine and lower abdomen to prevent painful menstrual cramps, on the lower legs to prevent restless legs and muscle spasms, on the entire back to prevent irregular heartbeats or to lower the blood pressure; down the spine, on the wrists and the soles of the feet and under the skull in the back (in the sub-occipital region) for panic attacks and headaches, nervousness and anxiety. We even use magnesium chloride baths to treat severe body aches and pains, and to calm the nerves and lower the blood pressure.
Epsom salts contain magnesium sulfate, but the sulfate form doesn’t have long-lasting effects like the magnesium chloride does. Plus the body has to convert the sulfate into the chloride form so you might as well use the magnesium chloride in the first place. And magnesium chloride has a stronger effect on drawing out toxins through the pores of the skin than other types of magnesium.
Just about everyone needs magnesium: the cortisol we produce when we’re stressed flushes magnesium out of the body; nearly every pharmaceutical also flushes out magnesium; the soil nowadays is depleted in magnesium. Alcohol, coffee, and the phosphorus in sodas also deplete it. And for every molecule of sugar you eat it takes 18 molecules of magnesium to break it down.
Transdermal use of magnesium is the safest way to take it: the skin absorbs exactly what it needs without you having to worry if you’re overdosing or under-dosing.
I hope you can now understand why magnesium is considered the absolute most important nutrient in our bodies. The transdermal use of magnesium on a daily basis will improve your health more than just about any other remedy you could ever think of.
Thank you,

I hope you can now understand why magnesium is considered the absolute most important nutrient in our bodies. The transdermal use of magnesium on a daily basis will improve your health more than just about any other remedy you could ever think of.
