Happy Thanksgiving to one and all! We give thanks to our ayurvedic Guru, Vaidya Ramakant Mishra, who brought us the ancient timeless knowledge of Shaka Vanshiya Ayurveda to help us through our daily routine and diet.  The guru is Brahma, the creator, who creates new knowledge and awareness in a disciple; the guru is Vishnu, the preserver, who sustains and nurtures the disciple’s growth; the guru is Shiva, the destroyer of ignorance, ego, and illusion. The guru is the Supreme Reality, the embodiment of the divine – we bow down with great respect and affection to that revered Guru.
